Photovoltaic installation with battery in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre
Jacques wanted to equip his home with solar panels despite limited roof space in his residential neighbourhood in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. The constraint was clear: optimise every available square metre.
We selected 10 Canadian Solar 435Wc panels, offering an excellent power-to-surface ratio, paired with a compact Huawei inverter perfectly suited to this configuration. Adding a Huawei Luna2000 10 kWh battery was a strategic choice: on an installation of this size, storage allows nearly all of the production to be consumed locally rather than fed back into the grid at low value.
With 4.35 kWc of installed power, this installation demonstrates that a large roof is not necessary to fully benefit from solar energy. The combination of panels and battery provides Jacques with significant coverage of his consumption, including in the evening.
