Un EMS (Energy Management System) permet de gérer intelligemment l’énergie produite par vos panneaux solaires afin d’en tirer le maximum de bénéfices.

Sans EMS, une partie de l’électricité produite est souvent injectée sur le réseau à un tarif moins avantageux. Avec un EMS, votre installation optimise automatiquement l’utilisation de votre énergie solaire en pilotant certains équipements de la maison.

Par exemple, l’EMS peut :

  • utiliser l’énergie solaire pour recharger une batterie,

  • chauffer l’eau du boiler,

  • recharger une voiture électrique,

  • ou alimenter certains appareils au moment où vos panneaux produisent le plus.

Résultat : vous augmentez votre autoconsommation, vous réduisez votre dépendance au réseau et vous maximisez les économies sur votre facture d’électricité.

Lorsque votre installation produit plus d’électricité que vous n’en consommez, le surplus est injecté sur le réseau. Selon votre contrat d’électricité, ce surplus peut être racheté par votre fournisseur, ce qui améliore encore la rentabilité de votre installation.

Non, une batterie n’est pas indispensable pour installer des panneaux solaires. Une installation photovoltaïque fonctionne parfaitement sans batterie et permet déjà de réaliser des économies importantes.

Cependant, une batterie peut être intéressante pour stocker l’énergie produite en journée et l’utiliser le soir ou la nuit, ce qui permet d’augmenter votre autoconsommation et donc vos économies.

La pertinence d’une batterie dépend de plusieurs facteurs : votre consommation, votre profil d’utilisation et votre installation. Chez Neopower, nous analysons chaque situation afin de proposer la solution la plus rentable.

Oui, dans la grande majorité des cas, une installation photovoltaïque est rentable. Une installation bien dimensionnée permet généralement de réduire la facture d’électricité de 30 à 60 %, et jusqu’à 80 % avec une batterie et une gestion intelligente de l’énergie.

La rentabilisation se situe généralement entre 4 et 8 ans, selon la taille de l’installation, la consommation du foyer et l’évolution du prix de l’électricité. Or, les panneaux solaires ont une durée de vie de 25 à 30 ans.

Cela signifie qu’une fois l’installation amortie, elle continue à produire de l’électricité gratuite pendant de nombreuses années.

Oui. Les panneaux solaires produisent de l’électricité dès qu’il y a de la lumière, même par temps nuageux. La production est simplement plus faible que lors d’une journée ensoleillée.

Le nombre de panneaux dépend principalement de votre consommation d’électricité, de la surface disponible sur votre toiture et de son orientation. En moyenne, un ménage installe entre 10 et 16 panneaux pour couvrir une grande partie de ses besoins.

Vous vous demandez certainement quel montant investir, incluant les coûts d'installation, les frais de maintenance, et les éventuels coûts cachés. Sachez que le prix d'une installation photovoltaïque dépend de plusieurs facteurs :

  • Le nombre et le type de panneaux choisis (rendement surfacique, qualité des composants, garanties offertes, etc.)
  • Le type de revêtement de toiture et la hauteur du bâtiment (le kit de fixation n'est pas le même selon que votre toit soit plat, en ardoises ou en tuiles; aussi, faut-il prévoir une nacelle ou un lift ?)
  • La complexité du passage de câbles et du placement du ou des onduleur(s)
  • Les démarches administratives sont-elles réalisées par vos soins ou par l'installateur ?
  • En plus de vos panneaux, votre système comprend-t-il une ou plusieurs batteries de stockage, une éventuelle borne de recharge et si oui, de quelle puissance ?

Bref, vous l'aurez compris, il est très compliqué d'annoncer un coût total "standard". En revanche, une fourchette de prix entre 0,8€ et 1,4€ du kWh est considérée comme normale et avantageuse selon le type d'installation.
