Photovoltaic repowering in Braine-le-Chateau
Patrick had a photovoltaic installation dating from 2012 that was showing signs of ageing. Rather than repairing it, he opted for a complete repowering: dismantling the old system and replacing it with a modern installation.
We installed 14 Canadian Solar panels of 435Wp to replace the old configuration. The difference is notable: today’s panels produce significantly more per unit of surface area than those from thirteen years ago. A latest-generation Huawei inverter manages the system, delivering better efficiency and real-time production monitoring via the FusionSolar app.
Patrick also took advantage of this renewal to add a Huawei 22 kW charging station, anticipating his switch to electric. A project that illustrates well that a solar installation is not set in stone: it can evolve with changing needs and technologies.
